Hey Guys/Gals,

We need all the help we can get this year with parking, judging, registration and general crowd control.
If you can help, please post here.
We plan to do a walk thru of PPIR on 8/15 to get everyone acquainted and work out the flow of positions. So if you can be available on 8/15 as well it will help us make sure everyone knows their position and we are not confused at 8 am on show day.

is there going to be a better schedule of what pep are doing and and some sort of rotation to let the volunters get to see the cars, get food, water , piss ect......

i know last year me and some others got stuck doing alot due to the fact that some volunteers kinda just walked off.

i would love to help out but 8/15 is not going to work for me already have somethings going on that day

ya i know what AJ is saying. me and the wife were stuck at the entrance taking cash all day. i didn't get to see any cars other then when they drove in it sucked sorry to say but it did

didn't even get t-shirt out of the deal all that was left was XXL and me and the wife could have both fit in one

is there going to be stickers because if so i want a few for my cars they were all out buy the time i found the person the was giving them out

I'm Down, but I dont wanna get stuck anywhere, plus I'm putting my car in the show, and covering the show for my magazine. But other than that I would be glad to help with whatever I can. Also, 8/15 works for me, is there a set time everyone is going to meet up? Let me know!

We will have better schedules this year and want to meet on 8/15 to ensure we are better structured and have all our bases covered.

If you volunteered last year and DID NOT get a shirt, pm me, i have shirts left over that we ordered for volunteers and extras. I will get you a shirt from last year.

This year all volunteers will be provided with this years shirt as well as free food.

We don't want a repeat of the world arena issue and we lose a venue again. Hence the event stays dry.

Well seeing as how I can't be there to help out during the event I decided to do my part out here per Jeff's request. I talked to one of the dudes at APR today (not Keith) and he said he's heard of DATR. That's good news

He then said that they likely won't make a special trip all the way out there; but if we want some kind of sponsorship, a deal could probably be worked out. He mentioned some little things and then said something about a free ecu tune...

Whoever is in charge of sponsorships (I'm assuming Jeff) needs to continue to, in the words of the dude, "harass Keith. He's a super busy guy, but if you bug him enough, most of the time you get what you want."

Hey Jeff, not sure what success you've had yet with contacting Keith; but if you haven't talked to him yet, you might consider mentioning the fact that eurotuner is going to be at DATR. The walls of APR HQ are covered with eurotuner articles... Draw your own conclusions, but I'm just sayin....

Yeah, that's what dude said. Just keep tryin. You might even try talking with others around their office, see if they can help you get a hold of him. The times I've been there I didn't get the vibe that they would try stiff or ignore anyone, but everyone always had something to do.
