So, most of you know I did the Revo Stage 1 trial the other day.. Well I went to Revolutions Performance off Vermilo downtown and they loaded the trial within a couple min.. I talked to the guy for a while, I just pretty much want some extra power out of my shit without spending my life savings... Plus eventually I'm gonna have a custom tune when I go "Big Turbo" but thats a ways down the road.. but here's my perception of Revo Stage 1...

At first I didn't really notice a difference, but here are the numbers (somewhat)...
With me and B in the car before the Revo the car ran a 16 or like 15.75 @ 85 or so 1/4 (this is using my DPIC) after the Revo with just me in the car it ran a 15.1 @ 102.6 1/4.... Remember, i have no start (till i get the DSG flash).

Boost: before Revo I would see a peak of 14 psi and then it would drop down to about 11-12psi and hold like that through 1st-3rd then go back to 14psi through 6th... it varies though but yeah....
With Revo: I saw a peak of 17psi.. 1st-3rd it would peak and then hold at 15-16psi and then 4th on it would peak and hold the 17psi....

0-60: prior to Revo was decent but 60+ was better
0-60: After Revo the 0-60 pull felt strong as shit!! I was at 60 before i knew it and it was pulling hard.. 60+ was noticeably faster than stock but slowed down after 100-110

Normal driving: Driving did not seem to differ much from stock in "D" mode still pulled harder from the start, However in "S" mode holy shit I could tell a huge difference!! Stronger pulls like a mo fo.... And Since I drive it in manual mode all the time, there was a huge huge noticeable difference...

Dislikes: Before Revo driving in manual there was no boost loss between gears when i shifted.. after Revo the boost dropped from peak or where ever it was at to like 6-8psi and built back up... I dont know if this is due to the fact that i am blowing off to atmosphere or not but i did not like that....

Other than that I really really liked the Revo Stage 1 trial.....

Next I plan to do the Unitronic Stage 1 trial.. Which ever one I like best is going to be purchased with my tax return lol.... well yeah Adios fools!

Glad you took the time to write a review on a CAR site...

Like i said the biggest difference you would be able to see is when the flash is gone and you are back to stock.

I think you will probably have better luck with unitronics....

Yes B, you were right... Anyways, I plan to do the Unitronic trial but I have to get a weekday off in order to drive up to Parker to get it done... But as soon as i do its on!

Autosport Werks does up in Broomfield, but I thought there were a couple more... Joel up at RS and someone else too.
Not sure anymore, but I never had a cel and the programming was as good as a stock program (no wierd idle, blips or other issues).

I'm gonna have to look into that... There are a lot of people on the tex that didnt like APR for their FSI they had issues. But I will look into it more.. I still have a few months till tax time lol..
