Thought is going along the lines of shaving the rub strips. And filling the bumper and the hood. but i need a place that can do a respray, and do it decently. Worse part is i need it done fairly cheap....

I would suggest to find an R bumper that has already been shaved or worked on and someone's carbon fiber hood that needs a respray. Also Id keep the rubs... MKIVs look funny without the rubstrip IMO... It is your car.  I have nothing else productive to add to this thread.

ive been hunting but so far bupkiss.... doesnt mean i wont continue i dont plan to do this kind of work for awhile...
