The store folks always seem to have better luck fixing these things... not sure why, but I have found that to be true. In SOME instances they have been able to fix it on the spot, but not usually. Bring a chair and get comfy Lindsey...

According to the windchill chart this equals roughly -35 or -40, that is just crazy stupid cold!
